How you earn with HomeCheff
Sell, deliver or promote HomeCheff, Growth and Studio. See how income is calculated, which percentages apply and when you can get paid out.
The fundamental model first
An affiliate reward is calculated on the applicable HomeCheff platform revenue — not automatically on the customer’s full purchase amount.

Not every percentage uses the same base. “50% affiliate” does not mean “50% of the order value”.
Marketplace — seller platform fees
If you sell via HomeCheff Checkout, a platform fee applies depending on your seller profile. Direct/contact settlements outside HomeCheff Checkout do not use this fee path.
Priced, eligible HomeCheff Checkout transactions use the payment rail and platform fee according to the active seller profile.
Direct or contact arrangements outside HomeCheff Checkout do not run this Checkout platform-fee path.

Buyer Stripe processing cost estimates are not HomeCheff platform fees and are not presented here as platform revenue.
Marketplace — affiliate
Up to 50% of the HomeCheff platform fee
Not: 50% of the sale amount.
Example
- Eligible Marketplace sale: €100
- Individual platform fee 12% = €12
- Maximum affiliate pool: 50% of €12 = €6
The customer does not pay this affiliate amount separately. It comes from the eligible HomeCheff fee pool. If multiple eligible affiliate relationships apply, the pool can be distributed according to the active structure.
Marketplace attribution can originate from eligible referral relationships connected to buyer and/or seller activity. No extra reward is added on top of the available pool.
Building an affiliate network
In selected programmes, campaigns or growth regions, HomeCheff may let affiliates invite other affiliates. When a MAIN/SUB structure applies, the available affiliate reward is shared according to the partner programme.

These percentages are shares of eligible HomeCheff platform revenue or fee — not of full Marketplace GMV.
Whether you can start as MAIN depends on region, campaign or invitation. Existing affiliate relationships and accrued earnings remain if public MAIN enrolment later changes.
Delivery
Delivery providers must be 18+.
HomeCheff Delivery platform fee: 12% of eligible delivery gross
Affiliate pool: up to 50% of that HomeCheff Delivery platform fee
- Eligible delivery gross: €20
- Platform fee 12% = €2.40
- Maximum affiliate pool: €1.20
You do not automatically receive 50% of the courier’s full delivery amount.

What is Growth commission calculated on?
Growth subscriptions include HC that can be used across the HomeCheff ecosystem. That is why we reserve the full face value of included HC first (1 HC = €0.01) from the subscription price excluding VAT. Of the remaining subscription amount — the distributable margin — you receive 50% affiliate commission. The full subscription price is therefore not the commission base. Included HC and monthly lead quota are separate entitlements: HC is not lead quota. Your subscription includes HC you can use within Growth, HomeCheff Studio and on HomeCheff. HC is ecosystem credit for supported features and purchases and is not withdrawable as buyer cash.
Commission is not calculated on VAT. Credit packs are not commissionable.

You receive this amount only for a fully paid subscription period with valid attribution. Refunds, chargebacks or cancellation can block or reverse the reward.
Growth payout follows the Growth ledger: positive available balance may be payable under Growth rules (not automatically the same Marketplace threshold).

What is Studio commission calculated on?
Affiliate commission is calculated on the available commissionable margin, not on the full subscription list price. That margin is the eligible residual platform revenue: net receipt excluding VAT, minus estimated payment costs, minus Model A HC treasury coverage for included credits.
“50%” therefore does not automatically mean half the catalogue price (e.g. not automatically €7.50 on Creator).

You receive this amount only for a fully paid subscription period with valid attribution. Unused credits do not change the fixed illustrative margin; extra packs may be separately eligible under Studio rules.
Personal or via your company
As a person
The affiliate relationship belongs to your personal account. Reporting and payout go to the eligible personal participant.
Via my company
Eligible attribution belongs to the company relationship. Reporting and payout go to the eligible company participant.
Personal and company use the same percentage rules (direct 50% of the product basis; MAIN/SUB 10%/40% where applicable). Only ownership of attribution, reporting and payout differs.
Attribution window vs earning window
The period in which a new user can be linked to your referral is not the same as the period in which you can earn after a valid link.
- Initial referral / first-touch cookie: 30 days
- Marketplace earnings after a valid link: up to 365 days
- Growth: up to 12 months
- Studio: up to 12 months
No lifetime commission. The cookie does not last 365 days.
Payout
- Marketplace affiliate: minimum payout €10
- New Marketplace ledger entries: 14-day hold/processing before they can become available
- Payout via Stripe Connect where set up for your role
New affiliate earnings may first have a hold/processing period before they are available for payout. No instant-payout promise.
Growth and Studio may follow different payout thresholds than Marketplace — always check product-specific rules in your dashboard.
